Hello everyone, hope that you are all doing fine and that you are coping with the full or partial lock-down very well. I just wanted to share with you all the last minute news about the Wednesday’s KO team match for the ICL tournament.
The captain of the other team (medlin) has asked me to start an hour earlier and I have agreed in principle and most of the teammates do not object to this. Therefore, the starting time is set at 19:45-20:00 CET and we will start when both teams are ready. He has also asked me for his team to play with replacements starting from the ‘half-time’ (that is 12 boards with 4 players and 12 boards with some of the initial 4 players substituted). I have also agreed to this request, however the rules of honesty and fair-play must be observed and substitutes must not kibitz.
As regards our team, our excellent players Greerm and Yo_yo have informed me that they will not be able to join the match as they have other commitments at that time, but may kibitz at some point. Therefore, if the other members of the team are available to play or sub at that time or later on, it would be very nice if they could be online around 19:45 CET and for some time on, should they be needed, if unforeseen circumstances occur.
