First of all, I would like to thank those of you that played yesterday. The team of Dubrovnik Smart was very well prepared, and managed to impose their pace and system (strong club).
Of course, they capitalized on some of our mistakes: I think they are boards 2,3,6,14 and 15. However, all these avoidable mistakes account for only for 12 IMPs and they made mistakes as well, and we managed to benefit from some of them.
In my opinion, their strongest feature yesterday was their ability to make use of their strong club system, in order to bid and make a slam bid and a game against us, where we were able to bid only game and part-score, respectively (see boards 4 and 12).
